You will need:
An in-house CBCT machine
An intraoral scanner capable of exporting STL files
Partially Edentulous Protocol
Request a wax-up of a full immediate denture from a Prosthetist
Use a trusted prosthetist, as this will set the scene for the entire procedure
Scan the upper and lower jaw with your intraoral scanner
And then send us the wax up and the intraoral scans and we will fabricate a snap-on trial smile with radiographic markers
Try in the snap-on trial smile with radiographic markers
Take a CBCT with the trial smile in place.
Take STL scans with & without the trial smile in place
Take intraoral STL scans with & without the trial smile in place
Completely Edentulous Protocol

Embed radiographic markers into soft tissues and wax up
Email us to request radiographic markers and for detailed instructions on how to do this.
Take STL scans of soft tissues and wax up with radiographic markers embedded

We meticulously plan, design, and fabricate all of our prosthetically driven and surgically determined All-On-X Guides in-house using state-of-the-art CAD software and techniques developed by Dr Andrew Chan.
